1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and c66zz ("c66zz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the c66zz website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, sportsbook, cashier, and all related services (collectively, "the Service").

Your continued use of any part of the c66zz Service — including browsing the site without registering an account — constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the c66zz Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the platform from time to time.

c66zz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The c66zz platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old as of the date of registration. Access by individuals under the age of 18 is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence depending on applicable local law.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions to use the c66zz Service:

• You are accessing the Service as a private individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of c66zz or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would bar your participation in online gambling services.
• You are acting solely for your own entertainment and not for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any other person.

c66zz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, c66zz may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and return deposited funds to the originating payment method. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be forfeited at c66zz's discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of c66zz — including real-money gameplay, sports betting, and the cashier — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on c66zz. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus funds, and the withholding of any winnings generated while the duplicate accounts were active.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. c66zz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify c66zz immediately at [email protected].

c66zz conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by c66zz to complete this process, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address dated within the last three months. KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the c66zz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c66zz does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own charges, for which c66zz accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit in the c66zz cashier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval; bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

c66zz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. During this review, the withdrawal may be held for a period not exceeding five (5) business days. You will be notified if additional documentation is required to release the funds.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that belong to the registered account holder.
• c66zz does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a completed deposit transaction is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

c66zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures.

Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and this general Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements define the number of times a bonus (and in some cases, the accompanying deposit) must be wagered before the resulting funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry dates are stated clearly on each promotional offer page.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered before conversion to real-money withdrawable funds.
• c66zz reserves the right to withdraw or modify any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or using arbitrage betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• c66zz may apply a maximum withdrawal limit to winnings derived from bonus play. Where applicable, this limit is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• New player welcome bonuses are available exclusively on the first qualifying deposit and cannot be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on c66zz, you agree to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that the following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure without notice:

• Fraud and Dishonesty: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with the c66zz support team.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on c66zz.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, game-cracking software, or any other third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Money Laundering: Using c66zz as a vehicle for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal financial activity. c66zz cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating any unauthorised chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a c66zz transaction that was legitimately processed.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward c66zz staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or on-site messaging.
• Unlawful Use: Accessing or using c66zz from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

c66zz employs real-time monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, suspected fraud, and gameplay irregularities. Where a breach of these user obligations is detected or reasonably suspected, c66zz reserves the right to suspend account access, freeze balances, and conduct a thorough investigation before determining the appropriate course of action.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the c66zz platform — including but not limited to the c66zz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, software, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the exclusive intellectual property of c66zz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c66zz Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, or create derivative works from any c66zz content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, index, or systematically extract data from any part of the c66zz platform.
• Use the c66zz name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code underlying the c66zz Service.

Game content available on c66zz — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting interfaces — is provided under licence from the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi) and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of both these Terms & Conditions and the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

8 Limitation of Liability

The c66zz Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c66zz makes no warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or any content within it.

c66zz shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the c66zz Service at any time.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, maintenance periods, or network outages affecting access to the platform.
• Any loss of data, including game history, betting records, or account information, resulting from system errors or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you based on information, promotions, or content published on the c66zz platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Service — gambling involves risk and c66zz accepts no liability for money lost through normal gameplay.

In all cases, c66zz's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their c66zz account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by c66zz's gross negligence.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure: You may close your c66zz account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled, bonus balances forfeited, and the remaining real-money balance returned to your nominated payment method.

Responsible gaming closure: If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming decision, please refer to the c66zz Responsible Gaming page for the specific self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion closures are treated differently from voluntary closures and carry additional protections including a cooling-off period before any request for reactivation can be considered.

Involuntary suspension or closure by c66zz: c66zz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse has been confirmed or is under active investigation.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder.
• c66zz is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Where an account is closed by c66zz for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play during the period of the breach may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder after the conclusion of any investigation, subject to deduction of amounts owed to c66zz.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. c66zz aims to resolve all player disputes quickly and fairly through its internal customer support process.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the c66zz Service, you should first contact the c66zz support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint in as much detail as possible. c66zz will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights.

c66zz uses safe, reliable, and SSL-secured infrastructure. The platform is committed to fair play, data protection, and player security. By using the c66zz Service, you acknowledge that you are doing so on a voluntary basis and that the inherent risk in gambling activity is accepted by you personally.
